Heidi is the smiling face that greets you when you enter our office. She is happy to answer your calls and assist with making your appointments. Heidi and her husband, Paul, along with their three daughters Carly, Catie, and Carie live here in Glenview. In her free time she enjoys cheering on her daughters playing their various sports, walking her dogs, and doing anything outdoors.

Fizzah, the newest addition to our Willow Lake staff, has over 4 years of dental office experience. She hopes to help make your visit pleasant and to assist you with all of your scheduling, financial, or general questions. Along with her dental experience, Fizzah is a free-lance artist/animator. She graduated with a degree in computer animation and has since had the great fortune of working on fun projects ranging from Sesame Street pre-school games to Lucky Charms commercials. Cartoons are her passion, something she’s sure she shares in common with our patients!

Neli has been with Willow Lake Orthodontics since 2005. Before working in this office, she assisted in pediatric dentistry for over 10 years! When she’s not at work, Neli is busy being a mom to an energetic son named Peter. She enjoys reading, travelling, and hiking. Neli looks forward to getting to know all of our patients, and seeing them through their orthodontic journey.

Kim grew up in Kiel, Wisconsin and received her degree from Lakeshore Technical College. Soon after graduating, she moved to Prospect Heights with her husband and has been there ever since. She has worked as an orthodontic assistant for more than 19 years. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, watching their sporting events, and spending time outdoors.
